Service Protocols

Defining the architectural boundaries and governance of the AURXON ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Protocols

By accessing or engaging with the AURXON platform ("Service"), or by entering into a collaboration agreement, you agree to be bound by these Service Protocols. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The Architect/User") and AURXON. If you do not agree to these protocols, you must cease all engagement with the platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Architecture

All content, algorithms, neural architectures, and software provided by AURXON are the exclusive intellectual property of AURXON or its licensors.

"Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to interact with the service, subject to the specific terms of their collaboration tier."

3. Prohibited Vectors

Users shall not engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the AURXON ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • Inverse engineering of neural weights.
  • Unauthorized extraction of system telemetry.
  • Disruption of distributed mesh stability.
  • Automated adversarial probing.

4. Liability Limitations

AURXON provides its platform and autonomous systems on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" foundation. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, AURXON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions arising from the use of its architecture.

5. Sovereign Jurisdiction

These Protocols shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

6. Amendments & Notifications

AURXON reserves the right to refine these Protocols at any time to reflect advancements in technology or changes in global regulatory frameworks. Continued engagement with the service after such refinements constitutes acceptance of the updated protocols.
